Sparkle and Spirit is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but subsequently lost or stolen. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation where applicable.
17. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, not all items are eligible for return.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Sparkle and Spirit does not accept returns or exchanges for:
